All orders are sent 2nd class post. Orders with a value of £100 and more is posted with a tracking number.
- Up to £30 is £1.00
- £31 to £60 is £1.50
- £61 to £99 is £2.00
- £100 and over is £5.00 with a tracking number
Europe as specified by Royal Mail:
- Up to £10 is £2.70
- £11 to £30 is £3.90
- £31 to £60 is £6.00
- £61 to £99 is £8.70
- £100 and over is £16.00 with a tracking number
- Up to £10 is £3.40
- £11 to £30 is £6.00
- £31 to £60 is £9.00
- £61 to £99 is £12.00
- £100 and over is £17.00 with a tracking number
We accept payment in POUND STERLING ONLY ( GB Pounds). Payment is through Paypal, cheque or online Banking only. Cheque must be drawn on a UK Bank. Please note we are unable to process payment over the phone.
We aim to despatch all orders within 14 days. If there is a delay on your order which will result in despatch after 14 days, then we will contact you to explain why your order will be delayed and give you a new despatch date.
If the delay is unacceptable to you then you have the right to cancel the order with a full refund.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time prior to the order being marked as ‘Completed’. Go to ‘My Account’ and log in. You can then open all of your orders using the button on the left hand side and cancel the order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will refund you in full. Please do supply us with your name, address and reason for the return IN ADVANCE OF RETURNING THE ITEM(S). For overseas returns please contact us first. We cannot be held responsible for items returned and lost in transit. Please obtain either a certificate of posting from Post Office or use recorded delivery service.
